Welcome to Smash! Hi, I'm David and I help international school students achieve their best grades in the Cambridge IGCSEs and A Levels in several Science and Humanities subjects.
I am a UK-Qualified teacher with experience preparing students for the GCSE examinations in the UK and Cambridge IGCSE and International A-Level examinations in Thailand and Malaysia. a bit more about me
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science where I specialised in environmental biology and geochemistry, a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Forensic Psychology and an MBA. I also hold a PGCE and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) which means that I am registered with the UK Department for Education and qualified to teach in schools in England and Wales.
My passion is Earth Science because it incorporates all the sciences, including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, as well as Geography. Having a broad and multidisciplinary academic background means that I can teach a range of subjects at Key Stage 3 and IGCSE, as well as specialise in several at A-Level. This is only made possible, however, because I am a properly trained, fully qualified, and experienced teacher.
tuition fees
My fees are straight forward and easy to understand. I do not offer discounts as my time is a limited resource and I only tutor on Saturdays and Sundays.
My fees are THB 2000 per hour which are invoiced in 4-hour blocks of THB 8000 and must be paid in advance of the first session.
